At first I am no DD, 
but here are some notes:

Please use a better version like 0+20070716, so you can later upload a
version like 0.1 to debian without using epochs.

Then you need to set the distribution to experimental and not to
unstable in the changelog.

Maybe add a get-orig-source target, which downloads from svn and creates
the orig.tar.gz

There is linux-modules-extra for building *-modules packages.
