RFS: libsvm (updated package)

Dear mentors,

I am looking for a sponsor for the new version 2.84.0-1
of my package "libsvm".

It builds these binary packages:
libsvm-dev - The LIBSVM header files
libsvm-tools - The LIBSVM binary tools
libsvm2    - The LIBSVM shared library
python-libsvm - The LIBSVM shared library Python bindings

The package is lintian clean.

The upload would fix these bugs: 412531, 424537
