RFH: perle-serial-source / dh_installmodules

Hi,

I'm working on a debian package for a kernel module to handle perle-serial 
multi-serial ports pci cards.

Package works fine but after building/installing with m-a, depmod is not run.
In fact postinst and postrm are not created by dh_installmodules and I don't 
understand why.

Could you please have a look and tell me what's wrong ?
