RFC/RFS: paythyme and thyme, UK payroll application and supporting library

Hi

Would appreciate any feedback on these related packages.  Paythyme uses
the database library and other helpers provided by thyme.  Packages are
lintian/linda clean and build with pbuilder.  Sponsor also sought.
