Whoops.  There's one other occurrence that needs to be replaced.

In terms of DFSG free-ness, the license is fine, since it is the
3-clause BSD, with one less restriction (well, actually, that
restriction is already covered by law).

So the only problem, really, is just making sure that all the names are
correct.
