I've been monitoring my own watch file change for qof and pilot-qof with
the same problem. Locally, I get no errors. The clue is in the DEHS
Packages Without Watch File summary (beware: a very large page).

RIGHT at the bottom is the date of the last run, 9th Jan 2006 which is
BEFORE your last package update AFAICT. So just like me, you are
probably still waiting for DEHS to even start working with your uploaded
watch file for the first time!

I thought it would be running weekly but there's no sign of a change yet
(7 days later) so maybe it runs less frequently?

It may not help you really but AFAICT, there may be nothing at all wrong
with your uploaded watch file, it may simply be that DEHS (and qa which
reads that info) simply hasn't got around to looking at it yet.
