RFS: pam-keyring -- PAM module that unlock gnome-keyring at login (new package)

Hi,

I'm looking for a sponsor for this new package.

It's a PAM module that unlock the gnome-keyring at login. Useful with
network-manager for example.

I'm not sure where pam-keyring-tool must go (/bin or /usr/bin) since it
is needed by the pam library.
