Well i can't build the binary-modules target. because compilation does have a lot of errors, but this might be because of my kernel (2.6.16+openvz). Anyways - i had a look at your debian/rules files and as far as i know you have to call dh_installdeb, if you want to be those snippets that dh_installmodules should create in your postinst/postrm script. Another note: I don't know much about kernel module building, but if it is build in a "normal build environment" such as every other package, it does not seem to be wise to use a destdir=/usr/src/linux/.. - because normally you don't build debs with *real* root rights, but with fakeroot or something which would fail in this case. But again: I may be wrong, because i don't have any experience with kernel modules building yet. Hopefully i could help you Best Regards Patrick Schönfeld
