RFS: vrms (updated package)

Dear Mentors,

I am currently the maintainer of vrms (along with Bdale Garbee and
Stephen Moraco).

I have tweaked the package with a lot of fixes and I think that the new
package is ready to be uploaded.

Unfortunately, Bdale Garbee told me that he was busy and could not
sponsor my upload to the repository and, therefore, I would love to have
it checked and uploaded to Debian in time for the etch release.
