"jlha" is a library written in Java. It can be found at
http://homepage1.nifty.com/dangan/Content/Program/Java/jLHA/jLHA.html

"jlhafrontend" is just a wrapper to call "jlha" and provides
command-line compatibility to the non-free "lha".

If the package/project name is bad, I can change it. Please give me some
idea, thanks.
