I don't understand what you want. dh-installinfo is not an executable
I have and dh_installinfo doesn't say anything when run from an
unpacked source tree. And it never gets run during the build, the
build doesn't get that far. The _full_ build log starting from when
"make -f debian/rules build" is called is:
debian/rules build
dh_testdir
xmkmf
mv -f Makefile Makefile.bak
imake -DUseInstalled -I/usr/lib/X11/config
Imakefile.c:39: error: Imake.tmpl: No such file or directory
imake: Exit code 1.
Stop.
make: *** [build-stamp] Error 1
