The bug will be closed just when the package enters Debian (accepted
by the FTP masters and installed). It's on NEW queue now
(http://ftp-master.debian.org/new.html)

There is no need to change the version on the ITP bug or create a new ITP.
It's OK to have an older version on the ITP bug. Actually, the version
wrote on the ITP isn't very important.
