If you are talking about
Yes and no. AFAICT it was originally closed by error, but it was then
reopened. Later it was closed
again because there was no activity for over a year.
Okay, thanks for the explanation. Is there some way I could have
gathered this information from the bts?
Yes. You need to just read that page closely.
An important line to notice is "Bug reopened, originator not changed."
Clciking on the full text link nearby may give you some clue as to why it
in this case the message says "bah.", so it would seem like a typo was the
reason it was closed the first time.
Then the next message exxplains that the bug has been re-closed, and why.
Normally it is not difficult to see what happened, but that was slightly
harder simply beacuse there were no messages
between the re-opening and the re-closing.
