I want to Debian package the little "shout-python" software:

(in the midle of the page)

The upstream tarball is:
http://downloads.us.xiph.org/releases/libshout/shout-python-0.2.tar.gz

What name should I give to it?
- libhsout-python ?
- python-shout ?
- shout-python ?
