RFS: c2hs -- C->Haskell Interface Generator

Hello,

I've already asked for a sponsor in this list, but not in the properly
format.

c2hs[1] is maintained by Michael Weber[2] and I told him that I was
packaging it for personal use, and he authorized me to maintain it. So I
submitted a ITA[3] and finished packaging it. The package is now ready
and available for download[4].
