Yes, we will do our best to help you. I think everyone here would
prefer that you ask specific questions on-list, and we will reply
on-list. That way, if someone ever has the same problem, they can
find the answer in the list archives (preferably), or we can point
them to the most-complete answer which is already in the archive.
