 Two small remarks:
 1/ you might to build with -DDEFAULT_CONFIG_FILE instead of patching
 tcpxtract.c
 2/ in v4 mode of debhelper, you can simply install files in /etc,
 they'll be marked as conffiles (in other words, no need for
 debian/conffiles)
