As usual I have found something to grumble about. :)

dh_install 128x128 16x16 22x22 32x32 48x48...
=> Consider putting these directories into debian/kde-icons-nuvola.install
   (See "man dh_install")

find ... -type f -exec chmod 644 {}
=> Isn't dh_fixperms doing that already?

find ... -name laptop_charge -exec rm \{\} \;
=> You are doing that after dh_builddeb? Advanced magic? :)
