You mean in ~/debian/ ?
In the first steps I clean the directory:

marcot@tonhao:~/debian$ cp ../c2hs-0.13.6.tar.gz ./
marcot@tonhao:~/debian$ ls
c2hs-0.13.6.tar.gz
marcot@tonhao:~/debian$ tar xzf c2hs-0.13.6.tar.gz
marcot@tonhao:~/debian$ cd c2hs-0.13.6/
marcot@tonhao:~/debian/c2hs-0.13.6$ dh_make -e marcot@minaslivre.org
-f ../c2hs-0.13.6.tar.gz

So this is not about it, right?
