RFS: esmtp - User configurable relay-only MTA

Hi,

My sponsor for this package so far, Matthias Urlichs, has been unreachable
for quite some time now. So I'd like for a DD to sponsor this
package (temporarily or not).

This is a new upstream version, which closes 
#294411 and #295931.
