you need to send your e-mail to <control@bugs.debian.org>. In the message
body, you have to specify commands for the bug control server. The commands
you're looking for are "retitle", "owner", and "thanks":
retitle 302895 ITA: zoo -- manipulate zoo archives
owner 302895 !
