I did not add these HOWTO to maint-guide this time.  It is already in
debian-reference.  As others said.  (But this gives you dependency)

 $ sudo apt-get buide-dep pkg
 $ apt-get source pkg

You may want to learn "apt-cache showsrc pkg" too.
