There's a few problems with the package:
maulkin@edam:~/src$ lintian -i aeromail_2.41-1_i386.changes
W: aeromail source: out-of-date-standards-version 3.5.8
N:
N: The source package refers to a 'Standards-Version' that is starting to
N: get out of date, compared to current Policy. You can safely ignore
N: this warning, but please consider updating the package to current
N: Policy.
N:
W: aeromail: extended-description-line-too-long
N:
N: One or more lines in the extended part of the "Description:" field
N: have been found to contain more than 80 characters. For the benefit of
N: users of 80x25 terminals, it is recommended that the lines do not
N: exceed 80 characters.
N:
N: Refer to Policy Manual, section 3.4.1 for details.

Also, your binary-indep in debian/rules could do with looking at:
1) You don't need all those dh_* programs running
2) dh_installmanpages: This program is deprecated, switch to
   dh_installman.
