Done with one exception: project registered on sf in 2001 and last release
came out in 2004, hence the dates shift: 2001-2004.

Can't find what is wrong with this particular descriptions.
python-irclib targeted for code developers and contain good description of
it's purpose IMHO.
jabber-irc targeted for jabber server admins and contains enough information
to recognise it properly. Description contains explicit clause that this
package is of no use for regular users.
