RFS: updated packages for sid/sarge

Hello.
I would like help from sponsors to upload my updated packages to fix all my existing bugs.

My updated packages are available at http://www.litux.org/debian/unstable/
deb http://www.litux.org/debian unstable/
#deb-src http://www.litux.org/debian unstable/

 From http://qa.debian.org/developer.php?login=bruno.rodrigues@litux.org

* Kannel 1.4.0
I'm a kannel developer and we decided to get a new stable version in time for Sarge. Kannel is a very specific project and usually we use code directly from CVS and forget to launch stable versions. Stating in other words, CVS is always more stable than "stable", except when something is broken but fixed in 1 or 2 days. That said, 1.4.0 has been tested enough, Debian package is ready and I'll update kannel's homesite as soon as I finish other debian stuff.
When you test my package, just bump version to 1.4.0-1.

* libapache-mod-security 1.8.4
New version, lots of fixes.
When you test my package, just bump version to 1.8.4-1.

* libaudio-wav-perl 0.03
New version
When you test my package, just bump version to 0.03-1.

* libmp3-tag-perl 0.92
New version. 0.40 code was forked and it was in a different url in CPAN, and I haven't noticed it.
This version has lots of fixes, including the one reported.
When you test my package, just bump version to 0.92-1.

* slimp3 4.2.6-2
There's a new version (5.x) which is required for newer slimdevices hardware, but I'd prefer to have both packages. New server is called slimserver instead of slimp3 and they can live together.
This package fixes one bug.
I'll create slimserver afterwards.

slimserver-5.2.1-0
Although this version is required for new hardware - squeezebox - it's more complex than the last version. I'd really like to keep slimp3 as a "works perfectly for all those non-hardware clients - winamp, xmms, itunes, etc" and new slimserver for new hardware.
This package requires new perl packages:
	libaudio-musepack-perl_0.02-0
	libaudio-wma-perl_0.01-0
and generates an extra perl package because this code is included in slimserver's package and it's still not available on cpan or somewhere else
	libquicktime-movie-perl_5.2.1-0

php4-imagick-0.9.11-0
update for new imagemagick 6.0

mantis
still to be finished, back later with it

Thanks for your help. Let's make a wonderfull Sarge release :)
