adopt orphaned package cpuburn
I'd like to adopt this package, and I would need someone to sponsor me on
it for the upload.
The current maintainer of cpuburn, Indra Kusuma <indra@kusuma.or.id>,
is apparently not active anymore. Therefore, I orphan this package

CPUburn is a collection of programs to put heavy stress on CPU.
These programs are designed to load x86 CPUs as heavily as possible
for the purposes of system testing.

The goal has been to maximize heat production from the CPU, putting
stress on the CPU itself, cooling system, motherboard. Warning: This
program may cause data loss (filesystem corruption) and possibly
permanent damage to electronic components. Use at your own risk.
Justification: rejected from NM due to lack of time, packages not
update for a long time.
