Please change this description to make it clear that these are
third-party rulesets, not those released by the SpamAssassin authors.

The SpamAssassin authors do not release periodic rulesets, in part due
to the scoring process that is designed to optimize scores for each
ruleset. This process involves checking large volumes of emails and
running through a complex mathematical optimization algorithm.

As a result, these third party rules are likely to lead to more false
positives. Many of the rules from these rulesets will be incorporated
into SpamAssassin 3.0.
