You should use the BTS to report any problems you find in a Debian
package, including problems in the debian directory.

Note: A spelling error in a past changelog entry is probably not worth
reporting and fixing unless it causes some important information to be
lost.  Report such errors only if you think it's a good use of your time
and the maintainer's.  Errors in the package description or the actual
maintainer scripts are more likely to be considered "bugs."
