Is something so trivial worth packaging?  It sounds like it doesn't do
anything that dd doesn't.

If I've misunderstood and this does more, could you try to write a better
description?  The one that you provided is confusing, and has a number of
typographical and grammatical errors.  debian-l10n-english can help.

Description: truncate a new or existing file to a new, smaller or bigger, size 
 A few of C code to resize a file to a determined byte lenght, you can chuck it,
 you can get it wider, remember to backup your file, or you may get you
 favourite pr0n truncated at the best point.
