there is only

pearpc_0.3.1-2.diff.gz
pearpc_0.3.1-2.dsc
pearpc_0.3.1-2_i386.changes
pearpc_0.3.1-2_i386.deb

and no pearpc_0.3.1.orig.tar.gz at all?

Sorry if it won't help you but I just noticed it when I searched for a
debian package for pearpc ;-)
