Problems with cylcing dependencies in sid->sarge

Hello

Two packages, libdbi-perl and libdbd-csv-perl have problems going to testing also each of them seems to be fine and they should be able to
go in simultaneously. 

Can anybody explain to me what's wrong here?

Hint:
 libdbi-perl 1.43-1 		Conflicts: libdbd-csv-perl <= 0.2002-1
 libdbd-csv-perl 0.2002-1.1 	Depends: libdbi-perl >= 0.42-3
