- AFAIR, the copyright should be more verbose, containing something like
the wording in the heading of the Makefile.
- You should close the ITP in the changelog
- Did you read README.Debian?
- rules: Please delete those unneeded targets and commented lines.
- other: The setting of CFLAGS in debian/rules will be ignored.
