You can reassign it with the priority and bug title changed to whatever you
find correct.  It is the "helpful samaritan" thing to do, since you have
actually figured out what was really breaking.

Or you can simply close it politely (mail the explanation to -done), and be
done with that. It is quite acceptable as well, especially if you didn't
have time to track down just what other package was really broken in the
first place.
