The testing maintenance script looks for the dependencies of your
package that aren't yet in testing. Of those dependencies, if any aren't
valid candidates for whatever reason (e.g. too many RC bugs, or not in
sync on all architectures), then it decides not to bother with your
package yet either since it clearly won't be able to go in yet.
In this case, openldap2's RC bugs make it not a valid candidate, which
invalidates your package for now as well.
It's possible to have dependencies not yet in testing and still be a
valid candidate, as they could all be upgraded in a single testing run -
they might even form a loop.

No, don't worry about it; it's just an extra note on why
directory-administrator isn't a valid candidate. You'd already worked
that out for yourself.
