Hi, the manpage of update-rc.d refers the reader to the "dpkg programmers' manual". I couldn't find this document on the Debian server, but using google. But the text I found is from 1996 and seems to deal with things that are now in the debian-policy package. So am I missing something, or should I report a bug against sysvinit?
