You shouldn't.

keyring.debian.org only holds keys of people _already DD_ and silently
rejects keys uploaded to it from people which aren't and keys which
aren't already in it..

So even though you upload one, it won't have any effect ;)

I think, as the keyserver sync themselves it should be no problem
finding your key there...
