RFS: Snortsnarf, Securitysage and PostPHPix
Hi all, I'm searching sponsorship for these packages:
1-Snortsnarf:
For this package I already filed an ITP on Sat, 8 Jun 2002 13:18:01 UTC;
but now version is 021111.1 in place of 020516.1
Upstream author:
www.silicondefense.com
Upstream code:
http://www.silicondefense.com/products/freesoftware/snortsnarf/SnortSnarf-021111.1.tar.gz
.deb packages:
http://www.bee-side.org/free_software/snortsnarf/
2-SecuritySage:
This is a set of regex/pcre used with Postfix to avoid known UCE email (SPAM)
I think it's useful because on high traffic mail servers, certain mail
messages are blocked before content_filter scanning (for ex. Spamassassin)
leaving some "breath" to the MTA CPU.
The package is very simple, it's a cron job that downloads some pcre/regexp
file and then place it in the correct directory (/etc/postfix/).
Configuration is made with postconf in debian.postinst
(three lines)
Upstream author:
www.securitysage.com give a service publishing via web the regexp files
Upstream code:
None (but something inside my Debian pack)
.deb package : (orig.tar.gz does'n exists)

3-Postphpix:
postPHPix is a PHP interface to manage a mail subsystem based on postfix,
LDAP and courier servers.
Bigpicture available here:

Screenshots:

Upstream author: me
Upstream code: started as a Debian package, anyway a .tgz is available.
.deb package (WIP, read INSTALL):
http://www.bee-side.org/free_software/argo/postPHPix/0.3/
Note:
None of these packages are lintian clean for the lacks of documentation,
as I'm the only one using these packages, I don't need documentation :)
if I find some sponsor I'll produce documentation too in spare time.
Thanks in advance
Cheers
Fabio
