And yes it is quite simple since essentially a 0-address (stack-based)
virtual machine is more-or-less equivalent to an RPN interpreter which is
easy to translate back to infix.

They actually /can/ be, given the right compiler flags, but obviously the
JVM doesn't care either way.  It's useful to have them when debugging
though.
