The package provides all four fonts and the license should allow
redistibution (I think -- and wait for the upstream answer).

I've started building the package with defoma support but some things
didn't work as they should so I swithed back to use ttmkfdir.

Anyway I lefte defoma support in the package, it's just a matter of
tuning the defoma hints file in the correct way, defoma-hints hasn't
generated a clean hint file so far.

Thanks for your support.
