Just use `dh_installman -a` in the binary-arch target of the
debian/rules file without naming both manpages.  The program is smart
enough to look in the debian/ directory for files named <package>.[1-8].

Or you can use a debian/<packagename>.manpages file to list all the
manpages to be installed for a particular package.  This is helpful if a
package has more than one manpage.  See dh_installman(1) for more info.
