http://db.debian.org/machines.cgi list  many machines but I am not quite
sure what is the criteria for the last column.

  Access
   all             <--- so many boxes, what about non-DD?
 developer only    <--- auric (all DD since ftp-master.debian.org)
 developer only    <--- gluck (all DD since {cvs|people|...}.debian.org)
 developer only by request
 by request
 restricted 

Point me to the right document.
To me, it looks like "all"="developer only".
