You do not need to do anything, except fix any errors which arise when the
autobuilders try to build your package.  They will attempt this
automatically, based on the Architecture setting in your control file.

Go back to http://buildd.debian.org/ and select 'build log database', or go
directly to http://buildd.debian.org/build.php.
