E: foo source: debian-files-list-in-source

Hi folks, 

if i run lintian i get following error: 
E: foo source: debian-files-list-in-source

The main cause of the error is that dpkg-source ignores
the deletion of the file "debian/files". So the source contains
the file against patching the orig-source furthermore. 

What can I do? Does exist any option that diff doesn´t ignore deleted files?
