In order to package HTML 4.01 specification from www.w3c.org I'd like to have comments about section and See http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Legal/IPR-FAQ-20000620.html http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Legal/copyright-documents.html My guess is that all docs can be part of `main' and can be distributed on cd-rom with appropriate copyright notice.
