How does one go about finding a sponsor? I think I understand the rest of the "new maintainer" process, but this bit confuses me somewhat. And it's the bit I apparently need to do first. :-) I'd like to maintain Debian packages for a library I maintain (details are in the thread "Packaging xmlrpc-c"). Thank you for your help!
