Your package uses "2.11-oss" as the version, not in the name (e.g. you
have wmix_2.11-oss.orig.tar.gz). So if upstream had gone from
wmmix-2.11-oss to wmmix-2.20 that wouldn't have been a problem ...

Unfortunately, 2.2 is less than 2.11-oss or 2.11 in dpkg's view. So
you'll have to add an epoch and make the version 1:2.2.

... or convince upstream that they use 2.20 <g>.
