Actually, if perl gets upgraded before the new library is installed, and
something else being upgraded... say the c++ libs, needs perl for its
postinstall script, you get this error.

Or at least this happened last time I upgraded a few hundred packages :)

I've got the feeling perl isn't doing the libdeps right.  I haven't had
time to investigate much though, and my experience so far with sending
in bugs is that if they aren't right people sometimes get decently
hostile that you even think their package has another bug.
