<URL:http://www.aciri.org/floyd/notes/ECN.routers.testing> has more
info on how to test a router for conformance.
hping2 (packaged) is a nice tool to play around with TOS etc. FWIW,
hping2 --verbose --count 2 --syn --destport 80 --tos $TOS www.cbu.edu
with TOS={40,80,c0} all seem fine. Has the problem been fixed, or did
I do something wrong?
<URL:http://www.aciri.org/tbit/index.html> also has testing software.
