Uh, how would you do that?

I mean, what would you add to your debian/rules file to specify that
if the detected architecture is i686-pc-linux-gnu it should compile for
i386-pc-linux-gnu, without screwing up compilation of the same source
on sparc/arm/alpha/etc.
