I was intending to package this software but lacks of license.

Question 0: Misterhouse distribution hasn't any general license note. You 
must email the author and talk about it, if it doesn't exists the whole
Misterhouse distribution isn't DFSG compliant, only some scripts.

The only license note I had seen is at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/misterhouse/ and at the head *some* scripts
from bin directory of misterhouse distribution.
